Appeal for witnesses following a burglary to a business in Wheatley

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Station Road, Wheatley.

The incident took place at around 1.20am on the 10th September when unknown offenders broke into the Co-op on Station Road. The offenders wrapped a chain around the ATM at the rear of the store and attempted to drag it out of the store using a Toyota 4X4. After a failed attempt, the offenders set fire to the 4x4, which then rolled and hit a wall on the opposite side of the road. The offenders then left in two other vehicles.

We are appealing for witnesses, and anyone who has CCTV nearby to please check it.
