CCTV released following assault in Oxford

Thames Valley Police is releasing CCTV of a woman officers would like to speak to following an assault in Oxford.

At around 6pm on Tuesday 7 January the victim, a 39-year-old woman, was walking along Hampden Road at the junction of Littlemore Road when she was assaulted by another woman.

The offender started to shout at the victim before scratching her face and attempting to put her cigarette out on her face.

The victim sustained cuts and bruising to her face but did not require hospital treatment.
