Public spaces Protection Order

I have been asked to forward this for circulation. The alcohol control in public places has meant that Council officials and police officers have been able to use powers to reduce antisocial behaviour in Oxford.

The two existing Oxford city-wide alcohol and dog control Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPO), introduced by the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2015, are due to expire on the 27th November 2020. 
 
Oxford City Council are undertaking a public consultation process to help determine whether to extend, amend or allow the Orders to expire. The consultation begins on the 18th August 2020 and ends on the 18th September 2020.  Details of the consultation can be found here:
