This is a message from Val McPherson Area Co-ordinator for Longwick/Ilmer/Owlswick & Little Meadle NHW.

I am sharing this ,message to all across Princes Risborough & District NHW area which includes my own area.

Thames Valley Police have warned us about leaving vehicles unattended whilst waiting for them to warm up in cold weather.
Every year they have a number of reported thefts of vehicles left with the engines running and unattended.

Gift Exchange Scam
As we approach Christmas, an item has appeared on "Twitter" posted by, regarding the re-appearance of the Gift Exchange Scam. This scam is essentially a "Pyramid Scheme" and should be avoided.
