Information sent on behalf of Thames Valley Police

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a burglaries in Sandhurst.

At 7.00pm on Tuesday 15 December a group of 3 males were seen in suspicious circumstances on The Breech to the front of an unoccupied house that was found a short while later to have had a front lounge window jemmied open and to have been entered by offenders who appear to have climbed in through the window and made an untidy search of all rooms.

The police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed these incidents or who may have information, domestic CCTV or Dashcam footage of suspects to call our 24-hour enquiry centre on 101, quoting reference 43200425983.

If you don’t want to speak directly to police you can contact “Crimestoppers” anonymously and free of charge on 0800 555 111. It is an independent charity, no personal details will be asked for, calls are not recorded or traced and you would not have to go to court.

To reduce the risk of criminals targeting your home at this time of year make sure your home always looked occupied, use simple timer sockets to turn lamps on and off when you are out in the evenings. Close and secure gates that lead to rear or enclosed gardens. Further crime prevention advice can be found on the Thames Valley Police website at;
